A talk titled “Today and Tomorrow of Media” was held by our faculty’s Evrensel Media Community. The event was attended by Dean of the Faculty of Communication Prof. Dr. Emre Tandırlı, Department Head Prof. Dr. Selami Özsoy, community advisor Dr. Lecturer Rıfkı Ünal, academics and students.

In the talk, presenter and program producer İzlen Erden talked about the transformation in the media sector, her own career journey, her position at Eko Türk TV and the projects she produced. Erden, who especially touched on the program “İzlen Erden ile Tahmin” (Guess with İzlen Erden), presented examples of the use of artificial intelligence technology in the media sector. At a ceremony where she received an award, she gave an inspiring presentation to the participants with images where she had artificial intelligence make her speech.

The event continued with an interactive competition program. At the end of the competition, the winner was presented with a trip to Yedigöller, and the talk ended with a certificate of appreciation presented to İzlen Erdem.
