Sinem Özgüner, a student at the Department of Journalism in the Faculty of Communication, has been awarded support under the scope of the TÜBİTAK 2209-A University Student Research Projects Support Program with her project titled “Evaluation of Sports Content in Social Media from a Gender Perspective” prepared under the guidance of her advisor Assoc. Prof. Dr. Rengim Sine Nazlı.

This project, which investigates the relationship between sports content in social media and the concept of gender, aims to provide an innovative contribution to communication studies while responding to the current needs of the field.
