Professional Drone Driver İlyas İşcan, who participated as a speaker in the event organized by İntermedya Community, one of our faculty communities, provided the participants with comprehensive information in many areas from the basic principles of drone technology to advanced flight techniques. The educational talk addressed the use of drones in the media and communication sector as well as legal and ethical issues encountered in daily life. İşcan greatly gained the interest of the youth by sharing his experiences and answering questions. Following the talk, thanks to the controlled practical drone flight held in the open area in front of the Faculty of Communication building, the participants had the opportunity to immediately apply the theoretical information they learned. The event managed to offer both an entertaining and educational experience by bringing together curiosity about technology and the ability to put it into practice.
