Prof. Dr. Emre Tandırlı, Dean of the Faculty of Communication at Bolu Abant İzzet Baysal University, presented his work, "Victory of Millions: Glorious Albayrak and the Crescent and Star," from the 2nd National Invitational Poster Exhibition titled "July 15th Victory: The Name of Turkey," to our Rector, Prof. Dr. Mustafa Alişarlı.
This special work, produced with the academic expertise of our faculty, reflects the spirit of unity, commitment to democracy, and unity around shared values displayed by our nation on July 15th with a powerful visual narrative. Designed by Prof. Dr. Tandırlı, the work expresses that historic resistance of millions shoulder to shoulder through the symbolic power of Albayrak and the Crescent and Star in an aesthetic and impressive language.
At the presentation ceremony held at the Rector's Office, it was emphasized that the work's significance demonstrates both our university's commitment to national values and the Faculty of Communication's artistic production capacity. Prof. Dr. Mustafa Alişarlı thanked Prof. Dr. Tandırlı for adding such a meaningful work to the university's collection, highlighting the value of art and design projects that keep national memory alive in the academic community.
As BAİBÜ Faculty of Communication, we believe that art is one of the most important tools for strengthening social memory, reinforcing unity, and reminding us of democratic values. We emphasize that every work produced in this regard contributes to our country's cultural heritage.
