The Administrative Staff Meeting, held at the Faculty of Communication of Bolu Abant İzzet Baysal University with the participation of faculty management and administrative staff, concluded as a strong example of institutional culture, quality management understanding, and a human-centered management vision. The meeting, chaired by Faculty Dean Prof. Dr. Emre Tandırlı and held face-to-face in the Faculty Meeting Room, was not merely an agenda item discussing technical processes; it also served as a strong platform for consultation in shaping the future of the faculty together.

The framework of the meeting was not merely a mechanical process focused on reviewing administrative tasks. Faculty management continues to combine the rational understanding of its long-standing quality management system with a human-centered, value-oriented, and participatory institutional culture. Within this framework, all academic, administrative, and technical processes carried out at the end of the 2025-2026 Academic Year Fall Semester were comprehensively evaluated; and the roadmap for the Spring Semester was shaped through collective wisdom and shared will. Our faculty's approach strongly demonstrated that it values ​​not only numbers and reports, but also the people who contribute, the staff who keep the faculty alive, and the spirit of the institution.

Meeting Objective: A More Systematic, Stronger, and More Humane Faculty Operation

The main objective of the meeting was to review the operation following the Fall Semester, preserve strengths, identify areas for improvement, and make a more planned and stronger start to the Spring Semester. Integrating the decisions made with the BAİBÜ Quality Management System (QMS) and structuring processes in a traceable, measurable, and sustainable manner was one of the key focuses of the meeting.
