This meeting was designed as an extended administrative staff meeting that comprises all of our Faculty's administrative staff. The agenda item of the meeting, which started with the satisfaction surveys conducted by our University's Quality Unit and the explanations about the aspects open to development that emerged from these surveys, was to address the aspects open to development that emerged from the satisfaction surveys in the administrative category.

In this context, the Problem, the Source of the Problem (ishikawa analysis) and solution suggestions detailed below were created with the statements of our academic staff during the meeting. An action plan regarding these solutions has also been created and it is planned to complete these solution activities within a maximum of 3 months. Under 50 points; 3 titles with 45 points were discussed in full detail at this meeting. For example, 45% of the participants expressed a positive opinion on the question of whether the administrative and support staff in our unit are sufficient in terms of number. In other words, it was emphasized that there should be a second trustee when a single trustee cannot keep up with the faculty work of our administrative staff. At the same time, within the framework of this article; A computer technician/technician is required. The opinion has been formed. In this regard, the necessary repairs in all these issues requiring technicians will be completed in the summer period. Again, there is a 45% weak score in terms of the general condition of our cafeterias and the quality of the food they produce. The reason for this is that SKS could not go beyond the scope of standard food services with tenders, and the tender was made based on low price principle. As a solution principle, items such as changing the Tender Law and determining the approximate cost more realistically/rationally according to the current conditions come to the fore. Increasing the Food Quality: Again, another and last item, "We are not satisfied with the canteen services", received 45 points and is a weak statement that can be considered below average. Regarding this item, again as the Faculty of Communication, our students can direct their questions and problems to us whenever they want with the solution center, the Empathy Whatapp group, which we have recently launched. We are producing solutions for solidarity with our General Secretariat unit regarding the canteen. In this context, it will be possible to generate resources by producing mutually devoted joint works with various educational institutions and organizing various joint events. Based on this, our initiatives for a more suitable pricing policy have already been initiated. This price stability will become more sustainable.
