This meeting is held under the chairmanship of the Dean's Office by the faculty members who are permanent staff in our Faculty and have a training of trainers certificate. Our faculty is relatively high up in the KYS system in terms of entering data into the Bologna information package. However, this is not enough. It is essential to increase the occupancy of the faculty members assigned to courses in this area. In addition, it is extremely important to enter the program outputs of the departments accepting new students while entering the Bologna information packages. In order to ensure a high-standard quality environment. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Rengim Sine Nazlı said, "We have been trying to carry out important teaching activities called data visualization, especially in the Journalism department in our Faculty for the last few years." However, in the training program flow of the 2024-2025 ACADEMIC YEAR FALL SEMESTER PRE-ORDERLY TRAINING OF TRAINERS MEETING organized by the Training of Trainers Commission, first of all, the first agenda and at the same time the first training session, the training on Introduction of Bologna Information Packages, was presented by Prof. Dr. Selami Özsoy with an effective presentation to the academic staff of our Faculty. Then, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Rengim Sine Nazlı took over the screen sharing authority to make a presentation that would be quite useful especially for the departments accepting new students, namely the Visual Communication Design Department in our faculty. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Rengim Sine Nazlı explained in full detail the subject of "Entering the program outputs of departments accepting new students while entering Bologna information packages". Then, thirdly, guest Prof. Dr. Emre Tandırlı shared his practices and experiences on the effective use of the Microsoft Teams Platform. Finally, Prof. Dr. Yavuz Akçi made an effective presentation on a valuable topic. Prof. Dr. Yavuz Akçi explained the subject of "Entering the UBYS course load notification forms on time and as required" in full detail, thus completing a very useful training program.

Prof. Dr. Selami Özsoy shared useful information on how to fill out the course information packages that appear by logging in from the UBYS system Instructor Information System / Education and Consultancy Transactions tab, and entering from the course descriptions and contents section. At the end of the training, the question and answer phase was started. The head of the visual communication design department, which started accepting students in the 2024-2025 academic year, and also the department Bologna coordinator Prof. Dr. Emre Tandırlı, stated that the system was closed for data entry after entering the Course Descriptions and Contents, and that new data or new resources, etc. In response to the question of what procedure should be followed when we want to process the details in this package, Instructor Özsoy stated that there have been many requests on this subject before and that in this case, it is now possible to open the system for current data entries by simply contacting the UBYS coordinator from Information Processing, and that such and similar needs have arisen before. Participation in Prof. Dr. Selami Özsoy's training on "Entering Bologna Information Packages, Filling in Course Descriptions and Contents" was intense. The training was quite useful. At the end of the training, Prof. Dr. Emre Tandırlı, who chaired the meeting, presented a Certificate of Appreciation to Prof. Dr. Selami Özsoy for this valuable educational contribution.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Rengim Sine Nazlı made a useful presentation on "Entering the program outputs of departments accepting new students while entering Bologna information packages". Assoc. My Color Sine Nazlı with all its details under the Program Definitions option in the “Program Definitions and Outputs” tab; 1. Institution, 2. Degree Obtained, 3. Level of Degree (Associate Degree, Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree, Doctorate), 4. Admission and Registration Requirements 5. Recognition of Prior Learning (formal, informal, non-formal) 7. Program Profile 8. Employment Profiles of Graduates (with examples) 9.9. Transition to Further Studies 10. Exams, Measurement and Evaluation 11. Graduation Requirements 12. Working Mode (Full Time, e-learning) 13. Address and Contact Information (Program Director, ECTS/DS Coordinator) 14. Detailed information was provided on how to fill in the Department Opportunities boxes via screen sharing. The Program Later, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Rengim Sine Nazlı provided a detailed visual-based training on how to enter the Program Outputs tab, again using the Journalism Department example, which already had the relevant data entered on the screen. At this stage, she provided detailed information on how to click on the Add Program Output button for each new output, and how to enter the relevant fields of TYYÇ (Turkish Higher Education Qualifications Framework) in the Program Output Management box in Turkish and English. Rengim Sine Nazlı, who provided all of her training by showing examples on the relevant fields of the Journalism Department, was very useful especially for the Visual Communication Design Department, which had just started accepting students. The Visual Communication Design Department Head and Department Bologna Coordinator Prof. Dr. Emre Tandırlı, who attended the training, stated that this meeting was very useful for him and thanked Assoc. Prof. Dr. Rengim Sine Nazlı. Indeed, after this meeting, it was emphasized that this “Training of the Trainer” meeting record was a very useful content by being watched again during the relevant application. The Visual Communication Design Department Department Bologna Coordinator Prof. Dr. Emre Tandırlı stated that this training would also be useful in terms of updating the program outputs of existing departments. Prof. Dr. Emre Tandırlı provided important information about the effective use of the Microsoft Teams platform, which is the online sharing, meeting and remote course processing platform officially used in our institution, especially in terms of sharing course materials and resources after the course within the scope of face-to-face courses. Prof. Dr. Emre Tandırlı previously talked about the benefits of these platforms, which have become widespread especially with the pandemic. He stated that by opening folders for Week 1, Week 2, Week 3 of his courses, he shared the materials used in the course such as Power Point Presentation, Word format course notes, PDF format e-article/e-book, or visual materials jpeg, etc. on the subject of that week. He emphasized that our students can thus reinforce their knowledge by accessing the resources on this platform in a certain order for exams. Prof. Dr. Emre Tadnırlı's explanation titled Effective Use of the Microsoft Contact Platform was useful for his colleagues. The participation in his training was intense. Agenda item (Education Heading) Entry of UBYS course load notification forms on time and as required, Guest trainer Prof. Dr. Yavuz Akçi who provided the training Prof. Dr. Yavuz Akçi provided an important training on filling out course load notification forms via the UBYS system. Prof. Dr. Yavuz Akçi stated that thanks to this system covering undergraduate and graduate courses, our faculty members can make monthly load notifications of the courses they teach via the system. Prof. Dr. Akçi drew attention to the issues encountered and to be considered during this process. Referring to the explanations of Prof. Dr. Selami Özsoy and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Rengim Sine Nazlı who provided previous trainings; Prof. Dr. Yavuz Akçi explained that; “The same instructors explained that this time, the UBYS system where the Bologna information packages are filled in, should be clicked on the ADDITIONAL COURSE tab and the relevant section should be accessed. In order to reach this area, both the Additional Course, which is the third button on the instructor information system in the Menu list, and also the relevant area can be entered practically as personal shortcuts. After entering the Additional Course field and making sure that the most up-to-date year and semester (2024/fall) information is entered correctly, the Add New Course Load Notification button is clicked, and the dark blue Bring Course button at the top right is clicked, and the pop-up window opens. He stated that the attendance type box that opens as a pop-up should be marked, the necessary fields should be filled by selecting the week, and after we initial and sign again via UBYS, it should be forwarded to the relevant unit manager. He drew attention to the importance of this process being implemented on time and regularly by all our permanent and course-assigned academic staff every month. Prof. Dr. Yavuz Akçi's explanation on the timely and necessary entries of UBYS course load notification forms was very useful for his colleagues. It was emphasized that it would be useful to upload the records of intra-faculty training meetings to our Faculty's official YouTube channel BAİBÜİLEF, as in the Youtube channel of our Quality Coordinatorship called "BAİBÜ Quality Coordinatorship". In general, the trainings achieved their purpose. The participation in the training was intense. At the end of the training, Prof. Dr. Emre Tandırlı, who chaired the meeting, presented a certificate of appreciation to Prof. Dr. Yavuz Akçi for this valuable educational contribution.
