Within the scope of the ‘’Target Education 14’’ project organized by the Bolu Provincial Directorate of National Education, the seminar titled ‘’Dangers in Digital Games’’ for 12th grade students was held with the presentation of BAİBÜ Faculty of Communication Dean Prof. Dr. Emre Tandırlı.

The seminar held at the Provincial Directorate of National Education Conference Hall was attended by Bolu Provincial Director of National Education Fatih Öncü and teachers and students from many high schools in Bolu.
In his presentation titled ‘’Dangers in Digital Games’’, Prof. Dr. Emre Tandırlı talked about the threats and risks posed by digital games and touched on the need for students to take precautions against such threats.

With the words, “Not dependent on digital games, independent and free, aware of its ancient cultural heritage and national values, a stronger Turkey, a Turkey that has a say, a Turkey that develops games, writes games and creates games, will be ours, yours and future generations’’, he raised awareness among high school seniors by saying that in order to be aware of the dangers and get rid of external dependency, we need to be among those who produce and market games, not those who play games. The program ended with Bolu Provincial Director of National Education Fatih Öncü presenting a gift to Prof. Dr. Emre Tandırlı.
