Candidate students who have gained the right to full registration must apply to our Faculty Student Affairs unit in person with the documents requested for registration between September 02-06, 2024 and complete their registration procedures. Students who have gained the right to full registration who do not register between these dates will lose their rights.
Documents required for final registration:
1- Certified original of student certificate or (barcoded e-government printout)
2- Certified original of transcript or (barcoded e-government printout)
3- Certified original of disciplinary penalty document (If not stated in transcript or student certificate)
4- Certified original of document stating that students who have earned the right to transfer from 2nd education to 1st education are in the 10%.
5- Original of equivalence document of students who have earned the right to register from abroad or (ÖSYM result document for students who are placed abroad by ÖSYM.)
6- Certified original of document stating that they are studying in preparatory class for classes with Preparatory Department (if not stated in student certificate or transcript)
7- A letter stating that there is no problem in horizontal transfer. (If not stated in transcript and student certificate)
