Student Voice in Quality Management: Transformation through the Power of Participation
Bolu Abant İzzet Baysal University's Faculty of Communication continues to strengthen its student-centered management approach. Following the results of the 2025 Student Satisfaction Survey conducted within the scope of the Quality Management System (QMS), we are gathering for the fifth "Dean - Student Meeting" series, where student opinions and suggestions are conveyed directly to the administration.
This event is not just a feedback meeting; it also demonstrates our commitment to building a quality culture together.
Agenda Items:
Discussion of proposed solutions for areas where student satisfaction scores fall below 50 points,
Discussion of concrete and applicable action plans for the next semester.
Key Topics to be Addressed:
Transportation facilities
Cultural and social activities
Practical training, workshop, and laboratory processes
Digital infrastructure and internet access
Through this meeting, our faculty aims to comprehensively address all components affecting the student experience and implement a participatory solution process.
