Central Placement Horizontal Transfer Results (2023-2024 Academic Year)

Horizontal transfer applications have been finalized according to the 2023-2024 Academic Year Central Placement (Additional Article-1) score. You can access the application results from the file below.

Final registrations of students who have gained the right to transfer will be made in person at our Faculty of Communication between 4-8 September 2023, during working hours (08:00-17:00).

The documents stated below to be delivered as approved must be electronically signed or wet signed and sealed. Otherwise, final registration will not be carried out.

Documents required for final registrations:
1- Certified original of student certificate or (e-government printout with barcode)
2- Certified original transcript or (e-government printout with barcode)
3- Certified original copy of the disciplinary penalty document (if not stated in the transcript or student certificate)
4- The certified original of the document proving that the students who have the right to transfer from secondary education to primary education are among the 10%.
5-The original copy of the equivalence certificate of students who have gained the right to register from abroad or (ÖSYM result certificate for students who are settled abroad by ÖSYM).
6- For classes with a Preparatory Department, the certified original of the document proving that you studied in the preparatory class (unless it is stated in the student certificate or transcript)
7- It is written that there is no harm in making horizontal transfers. (Unless stated in the transcript and Student Certificate)
